Fuel Supply License Auctions – Autobahn Tank & Rast
Innovative Auctions supported the 2017 and 2022 license auctions for Autobahn Tank & Rast. The 2022 process covered more than 100 service stations and approximately 20 participating bidders.
We managed the full auction lifecycle, including project management, auction design, rules and documentation, a bilingual auction platform, bidder onboarding and training, and live auction management.
Our team prepared bidder documentation, detailed manuals, training videos, and supporting materials. We delivered training sessions and test auctions, backed by direct email and telephone support so participants could enter the live process with confidence.
The platform and operational setup were subject to demanding security requirements, including penetration and load testing. During the live auctions, we provided coordinated technical and procedural support throughout the bidding process.
These projects demonstrate our ability to deliver complex, high-value auctions with large numbers of licenses and bidders while maintaining a reliable, fair, and well-supported process.
